A quick and easy lunch recipe for those busy lunchtimes. Keep it simple with this classic chicken and rocket sandwich on Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Nutty Doorsteps.
Instructions How to Make It
- Shred the chicken fillet using two forks to pull apart. In a bowl mix the chicken and mayonnaise together. Spread onto a slice of Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Nutty Doorstep and add the rocket to serve. Place remaining slice of bread on top.
- Tip: Panfry chicken with 1tsp of 5 spice or Piri Piri seasoning for an alternatives spicy flavour.

- 2 Slices Johnston Mooney and O’Brien Nutty Doorstep bread
- 1 Chicken fillet cooked
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 Handful of rocket
